Thepla

Archana Chachi's 'thepla'

Ingredients & Method

1) 1 cup aata 
2) 1 table spoon besan
3)1 pinch of heeng
4)1-1/2 tspspoon of salt
5) 1/2tsp sugar
6) 1-1/2tsp red chilli powder 
7)1 tsp haldi 


Mix well 

Add 
2-3tsp onion-ginger-garlic paste 
2-2 1/2 table spoon of curd 
1-2 tsp finely chopped ginger
1-2 tsp finely chopped garlic 
2 tsp lemon juice 
2-3 tablespoon of chopped fresh hari methi 
2 tablespoon of rice bran oil 
A little water 


to make it into a soft dough .
