kele ke kofte

Ingredients & Method

boiled potato(used as binder)
boiled raw banana,
finely chopped onion,
finely chopped green chillies,
salt n garam masala.

Mix well n fry or air fry (healthy version)

Prepare a nice gravy...
mustard oil mein
cloves,
cardamom big n small
tejpat..
Onion(fried n ground)
add ginger garlic paste
let it fry,

add tomato puree,
turmeric,
garam masala,
chilli powder,
dhaniya powder.

Fry till oil gets seperate.

Just before meal add d fried koftas n heat d curry!



Add some chopped dhaniya patta.
