Ingredients & Method
Ingredients--
Milk - 2cups
Malaee-1/2cup(optionaI)
Sugar- to taste
Ararot- 1/2 tsp./ Rajgira ka aanta- 1/tsp.
Finely cut fruits- banana, apple, pear, pomogranate etc.
Cardamom powdr- 1/4 tsp.
Method--
Boil the milk
Mix arrarot or rajgira ka aanta in 1/4 cup cold milk
slowly pour in the boiling milk, as you make custard.
Mix sugar before switching off the gas.
Cool this thickened milk & mix the malaayee in it.
If you want to keep it very light, can omit malaayee.
Refrigerate for some time
then mix the cut fruits & cardamom powder.
Best will be to mix the fruits just before serving.
Note- Sugar free powder can also be used if sugar is to be minimized.
