Siwai ke barfi

०Seviyan acchae sae bhoon k paani m soak ker deejeye .
•Usmae Choti Elaichi, chironji, kishmish, crushed nuts Mila daen.
• Ek Taar ke chashni banakae soaked sewaiyan mix ker , thali m desi ghee laga k turant jama daen. Knife s burfi k shape kae cut jab garam h Tabhi laga daen.
Ratio: two cup Sewiayan .
-1/4 cup ghee desi bhunnae k liyae.
Sugar one cup for chashni.
Water to soak four cups.
Note-Sewaiyon kaafi bhunnae.
Chashni nahi bhi bana yen tou chalega, direct garam soaked Sewaiyon m sugar acchae s milakar cover ker k One minute k liyae rakh saktae hai.
Desicated coconut powder s garnish , if u like it.
