Aloo ka Jhol

aloo sabzi (jhol) 

Ingredients & Method

The ingredients added in the rice bran oil are 
Heeng
Jeera 
Rai
Kadhipatta
Chopped ginger
Chopped green chillies
Turmeric 
Red chilli powder
Coriander powder
Potatoes 
And later purée of 4 tomatoes 

Let the sabzi simmer for about 15 mins or so
Garnish it with lots of fresh coriander 
and then its ready to serve
