Scrambled Chilla

Ingredients & Method

Made scrambled chilla with sprouted moong daal! 

Takes less oil, less time  and tastes different too ! 


I  put all scrambled cheela in a bowl and turned it upside down for it to look appetising.

Side mein mushroom aur capsicum hai.

Aloo ka Jhol

aloo sabzi (jhol) 

Ingredients & Method

The ingredients added in the rice bran oil are 
Heeng
Jeera 
Rai
Kadhipatta
Chopped ginger
Chopped green chillies
Turmeric 
Red chilli powder
Coriander powder
Potatoes 
And later purée of 4 tomatoes 

Let the sabzi simmer for about 15 mins or so
Garnish it with lots of fresh coriander 
and then its ready to serve

Thepla

Archana Chachi's 'thepla'

Ingredients & Method

1) 1 cup aata 
2) 1 table spoon besan
3)1 pinch of heeng
4)1-1/2 tspspoon of salt
5) 1/2tsp sugar
6) 1-1/2tsp red chilli powder 
7)1 tsp haldi 


Mix well 

Add 
2-3tsp onion-ginger-garlic paste 
2-2 1/2 table spoon of curd 
1-2 tsp finely chopped ginger
1-2 tsp finely chopped garlic 
2 tsp lemon juice 
2-3 tablespoon of chopped fresh hari methi 
2 tablespoon of rice bran oil 
A little water 


to make it into a soft dough .
