Cheesy Spinach balls

A snack recipe 
( one of my favorite but not very healthy)

Ingredients & Method

To left over Palak Paneer add bread slices .
You can dry grind the slices .
Make a dough from this mixture.

Grind cheese.
Make small balls of the dough,
flatten them and fill them with the cheese and 
form the balls again .
The balls should be bite size.


Then fry them.
Serve them with sauce or chutney.


Kids love it as cheese oozes out of it.
Enjoy

( you can make it with fresh boiled and ground Palak. 
Add  the salt , pepper, dhania, garam masala, adarkh .)
