Paneer Chilli Dry

paneer chilly dry for snacks! 

Ingredients & Method


For paneer chilly...

Make a thick mix of 
1. Maida
2. Chilly powder, 
3. Soya sauce
4. Garlic paste
5. Salt
Now cover the paneer pieces n deep fry in refined oil..
fry till golden brown n keep the fried paneer aside after draining excess oil.

For preparation 
Tak 1. Random sliced spring onions along with d green leafs 
2. Finely sliced capsicums, 
3. Finely chopped garlic 
4. Sliced green chilli

Take only 2 tablespoons of refined oil in a non stick pan.... 

Start with chilli and garlic into the pan. After its fried toss capsicum n onions and half of the quantity of green leaf of spring onions chopped. As per taste add soya sauce and sehzawan sauce and salt n fry only for 2 mins (as onions n capsicum needs to b kept half done) add fried paneer n serve hot by tarnishing it with bit of fresh leaf of spring onions!

Variations or Tips

  • If u want it in curry just add d Maida mix stock left with bit of excess water and will have to increase the quantity of sauces n salt!
  • same recipe same procedure instead of paneer use boiled nutrinuggets.Tastes very good sp dry as a starter.
