Methi Sprouts

Sprouted methi is not bitter. Add some lemon drops or green garlic chutney if you feel like. Sprout karke dekho, bitter nahi hoti.

 

methi ko 24 hrs. Paani me bhigo do.

Achchi tarah se bheeg jaaye tou patle, saaf kapde me piece me tight baandh Kar rakh do.
Occasionally paani ka chheenta daalti rahi.

Light moisture, light & air through thin cotton cloth will sprout it. It takes again about 1.5 to 2.00 days to sprout.

Soak at least one cup full at a time, because it is slightly difficult to sprout methi but can be done. You can store it in a container  in the fridge for daily use.

Two tablespoon full sprouted methi is enough, eat daily with breakfast.
